(b) All information and advise provided are solely based on the clients provision of accurate information and facts available at the time of consultation. JNH Legal Services, PLLC. Is not liable nor may be held liable for any facts not disclosed by the client as to their matter, including the respective outcome. (c) any actions taken by the client based on any advice provided are the sole responsibility of the client. JNH legal services is not liable for any actions taken by the client on their own volition or efforts. (d) by purchasing and participating in a consultation with JNH legal services, you are acknowledging this agreement and waiving all rights to credit card disputes, chargebacks, or any refunds. By purchasing a consultation, your electronic acceptance is also considered your signature and voluntary acknowledgment. (e) participation in a consultation does not provide representation by JNH legal services for any matter without a separate fee agreement and retainer. (f) if a rescheduling is necessary, you agree to provide as much advance notice as possible. In the case of a no-show and no communication, a credit will be provided for a future consultation service on a one-time basis. Refunds for no-shows only are provided on a case by case basis to the original payment method. In order to be eligible, please contact directly about the no-show or cancellation for consideration.
