While there are no guarantees as to how much a matter will cost nor how the other party will act, the following are estimated only:

Family Law Retainer – Starting at $1,500

Civil Matter Retainer (Limited to AZ Justice Courts) – Starting at $2,000

Civil Traffic Cases – Starting at $450

Rate may vary depending on the nature of the traffic matter

Collections Response (Limited to AZ Justice Courts) – Starting at $250

Rate may vary depending on lawsuit circumstances

If the matter is in AZ Superior Court, rates may increase due to collaboration with alternative counsel through JNH Legal Services

Personal Injury Claims (Under $10,000) – Starting at 25%

For claims over $10,000, the fee increases to 30% and will involve alternative counsel associated with JNH Legal Services
